Welcome to the site of Hamilton's newest Competitive Jump Rope Team... The JUMPSATIONS began in 2000 and is entering it's 10th competition season!

The team has athletes from across Hamilton, Burlington and Grimsby, our youngest competitor is 8 and the oldest competitor is 17.  Each of the athletes are members of the "Ontario Rope Skipping Organization" (ORSO) and the "Canadian Rope Skipping Federation" (CRSF). 

Athletes have competed at the Regional, Provincial, National and International Championships and have won numerous gold, silver and bronze medals. 

The team has traveled across Canada and the United States, as well as England, Germany, Paris, Hong Kong, Australia, and South Africa all in the excitement of rope skipping.

The Jumpsations has 7 coaches for it's 10th competition season:

Becky L'Homme was a founding member and coach of Jumpsations Rope Skipping Team.  Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to her in September 2007. You are missed every day, and we know you are watching us !
